About This Project

CandidAnswers is an online survey for congressional candidates. It consists of five questions – focusing on global warming and energy issues – developed in collaboration with leading policy experts at the nation’s top environmental organizations and endorsed by a bi-partisan review panel. The purpose of this brief questionnaire is to allow candidates to conveniently and publicly indicate and explain their positions on these important national issues. CandidAnswers is the only online voter guide that enables voters to directly ask candidates questions on the environment.

How it works

CandidAnswers is really simple.

Step 1: Find your district.

Step 2: Ask your candidates to answer the questions.

Step 3: Tell a friend, then sit back and wait.

Step 4: If the candidates don't respond in 14 days we'll let you know, and you can ask them again, and again until they do.

Step 5: If you think the candidate's answers are particularly good, or bad, share them using the "Share It" function on the answers page.

See? Simple. So get started by clicking the link above called Home:Find Candidates
